Planning & Solutions Group was founded in Bishkek by a team of practitioners with more than 20 years of combined experience in mining and manufacturing. We know how a company works from the inside: from a repair request and a part issued to the report that reaches the owner. That is why we combined two things the market sells separately: deep process consulting and our own cloud ERP.

Gemba

We go to the site in hard hats. We look at how the process really runs, not how the procedure describes it.

Root causes

Ishikawa diagram and the 5 Whys. We remove duplication and manual workarounds from processes before writing code.

Module by module

We launch modules in sequence. Each is signed off when foremen, storekeepers and accountants actually use it.

Adoption and support

We stay on site after launch, help employees get used to transparency and keep the data in order.

Industrial-grade cloud ERP platform

Tunuk means "transparent" in Kyrgyz. Twelve modules lie in layers: finance and payroll, production planning, warehouse and procurement, equipment maintenance, fuel accounting, supply chain, risk, the management dashboard, CRM and environmental monitoring. One line runs through all of them: any total can be traced back to the source document, while running hours, a part issued and a litre of fuel land in the same loop. Modules are switched on one after another, starting with the most painful area, so the first result arrives before the rollout is over. Works in Russian and English, follows the tax law of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, integrates with 1C via API.
