What we collect
Through the forms on this site we only receive what you fill in yourself:
- your name
- your email address
- your company name, if you provide it
- the text of your message
We do not collect documents, financial data or information about third parties, and we do not ask for any special category data on the site.
Why we use it
- to answer your enquiry
- to prepare a proposal or a demonstration of the system
- to correspond about a project once it starts
Data from the forms is not used for mailing lists or advertising. We do not pass it to third parties and we do not sell it.
How the data travels
Forms are sent through the Web3Forms service, which delivers the message to our working email. The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Both act as processors and receive the data only to deliver your message.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and to meet contractual obligations, if a contract is signed. If the enquiry does not lead to work, we delete the message within a year.
Your rights
- to learn what data of yours we hold
- to ask us to correct or delete it
- to withdraw your consent to processing
Write to info@planning.group. We answer such requests within a reasonable time, usually ten working days.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics: the service sets no cookies, collects no personal data and does not follow visitors across sites. It only shows us aggregate figures: how many page views there were, which pages people come to and from which countries.
