What is planned

  • risk register with an owner, likelihood and consequences
  • assessment by category: industrial safety, ecology and subsoil use, occupational safety, business continuity
  • mitigation actions with deadlines and responsible people
  • risk linked to equipment, site and contract
  • a risk status report for management

What covers it today

Today risk is handled at specific points: a hazard category is set when a project is initiated in Finance, risk flags extend the approval route, and supplier reliability and data quality are scored in Procurement and Master data.
