What it does

The module covers the warehouse from receiving and putaway into cells to issuing against a work order and stocktaking.

Fuel is issued here too: refuelling by fleet number with a meter reading, and consumption is derived from the difference between readings, with no norms to maintain.

• two-phase receiving: goods receipt and putaway into zones, shelves and cells, including quarantine
• stock valued at weighted average or FIFO, cost including delivery
• issues with a receipt document, reservations, returns, write-offs, handling of mis-sorted goods
• stocktake with adjustment and a movement history for every item
• replenishment by minimum and maximum levels with a suggested quantity and order creation
• applicability of parts to equipment models, with the source and the verification recorded
• fuel issue: fleet number, litres, meter reading, consumption and fuel cost per machine-hour, import of daily fuel files with row-level validation
• analytics: slow movers, stock ageing, frozen money, quality of deliveries
