When you need it
The service is relevant if the company faces:
- the system is in place while the rules at the company keep changing
- new sites, new equipment and new people keep appearing
- legislation and reporting forms change
- users have questions and there is nobody to answer them
- improvements are needed, but keeping an in-house developer is expensive
- a clear response time is needed, not promises
What you get
On completion the client receives:
- subscription support with a service level and a clear response time
- cloud updates without stopping the work
- improvements for changes in legislation and internal rules
- training for new staff and refresher training when processes change
- analysis of user requests and common mistakes
- a report on the work done in the period
How it works
The work is carried out in stages.
- We agree the scope. We fix the list of systems, the number of users, response times and how requests are raised.
- We take requests. Requests come to a single point, each one gets a number and an owner.
- We sort and resolve. We separate training questions from errors and improvements and handle the urgent ones first.
- We release updates. We update the system in the cloud and warn about the work in advance.
- We train new staff. We run training when people are hired and when processes change.
- We report on the period. We show what was done, which requests were closed and what comes next.
The outcome
The company is not left alone with the system after go-live. A local team answers in the client language, comes to the site when needed and keeps the system moving along with the business.
