When you need it
The service is relevant if the company faces:
- maintenance and repair records are kept in notebooks and scattered spreadsheets
- fuel consumption per unit does not match the actual figures
- the spare parts store operates separately from the repair service requests
- rotation timesheets and payroll are calculated by hand
- environmental monitoring and tax requirements are met in a rush
- management needs trustworthy data on the fleet and costs in real time
What you get
On completion the client receives:
- working modules accepted by the users on site
- migrated master data, stock balances and equipment history
- trained staff and rules for working in the system
- a management dashboard with indicators in real time
- integration with 1C if accounting stays there
- a development plan for the next stages
How it works
The work is carried out in stages.
- We set the module order. We start with the area where losses are most visible, usually equipment maintenance and fuel accounting.
- We migrate the data. We prepare equipment master data, item catalogues, stock balances and repair history.
- We configure your rules. Rates, standards, maintenance schedules and approval routes go into reference books, not into the code.
- We train and run a pilot. We train mechanics, storekeepers and planners and go through the first month together with them.
- We put it into operation. We connect the remaining modules, reconcile the data and close the first period in the system.
- We hand over to support. We fix the scope of work, response times and a plan of improvements for the next stages.
The outcome
The company gets a single loop: a repair request, a part issued, running hours, fuel use and equipment costs all land in one system. From a total in a report you can go down to the source document.
