Reporting

What it does

The module builds reports on data from the other modules: a ready catalogue, a six-step builder, and a history of runs and exports.

Permissions live in the data itself: values closed to an employee are masked, and the mask carries over to calculated fields, so a difference in a formula cannot reveal a hidden figure.

Capabilities

• catalogue of ready reports with a viewer, favourites and run history
• builder: sources, filters, calculated fields built from operations on fields, grouping with subtotals
• sources covering tasks, requests and orders, work orders and defects, stock and issues, employees, HR orders and cost centres
• masking of sensitive values that carries over to calculated fields
• report versions with a stated reason for each change
• sharing a report by link while keeping the recipient's own permissions
• export to Excel and CSV, drill-down from a report row into the source document
• report templates that can be moved between companies
