Production

What it does

The module keeps production sites, the daily plan and actuals, completion certificates, the downtime journal and equipment availability.

The state of a machine is not stored as a flag: it is derived from the downtime journal, so availability is calculated from the same records the repair service works with.

• sites and contracts, planning, daily actuals, completion certificates
• downtime journal based on the company's own list of reasons, with a single point of registration
• fleet availability: the share of calendar time without stoppages, with operational losses counted separately
• planned availability by equipment type, refined per site
• actual against plan by type and site, with dips, reasons and export to Excel
• reliability indicators: fleet utilisation, mean time between failures, mean time to repair
• haulage shift loop: assignments with conflict control, trips and tonnage from the weighbridge, suspicious trips held back until the dispatcher decides
• shift report whose approval closes the shift, routes, fleet and action log
