When you need it

Before any automation. When the company has grown but the processes date from the time everyone fitted in one room. When the owner does not trust the numbers brought to him.

An as-is process map with owners and points of loss. A list of root causes by the Ishikawa and 5 Whys methods. A prioritised change plan, part of which needs no software at all.

How it works

Experts work on the shop floor, not from questionnaires. Together with line staff we walk the chain from request to result and explain why changes are needed, removing resistance before the project starts.

Tribology and equipment reliability

When you need it

When units fail again and again, the service life of engines, gearboxes, hydraulics and transmissions falls, oil analysis results are unstable and there is no systematic control of technical condition.

What you get

An assessment of actual equipment condition, oil analysis results, a list of problem units with criticality, recommendations on change intervals and lubrication, reliability indicators and a technical report with priorities.

Financial consulting and financing support

When you need it

When the company is preparing for a loan or investment and there is no financial model, or the model does not hold up to the bank questions. When the loan is already in place and covenants have to be calculated and reported to the lender. When profit is visible for the company as a whole, but it is unclear which site or contract brings it.

What you get

A financial model of the project: cash flow, NPV, IRR, payback period, debt service schedule. A document package for a bank or a development institution. Covenant calculation and lender reporting on time. Cost by site, budget and plan versus actual with variance analysis.

How it works
